Consultation on our draft staffing method framework for care homes for adults


The Scottish Government has commissioned us to consult with a range of people and stakeholders about a staffing method framework for staff and managers in care homes for adults. This is in preparation for the implementation of the Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019 in 2024.
