Scottish Government is consulting on the statutory guidance which will accompany the Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019. Specifically, they would like to know if the guidance is clear and readable and enables you to understand the duties placed on the relevant organisations by the Act. Chapters 15,16 and 17 are particularly relevant to social care services.
