In July our Safe Staffing team asked for your help to enable us to gain insight into the knowledge and skills of staff who work in registered care services that employ staff across in social care in Scotland.
We’d like to thank everyone who took the time to complete the survey. The responses and feedback will contribute to the development of a range of learning opportunities and resources that best meet the needs of the social care sector and support care services to become familiar with the guiding principles and duties of the Health and Care Staffing Scotland Act, before this is enacted in April 2024.
