In Partnership with the Care Inspectorate, NHS Education for Scotland are holding workshops to explore and discuss the following

 

• Strategies to promote continence

• Impact of good nutrition on bowel and bladder health

• Impact of actively promoting continence on tissue viability

• Infection prevention educations and CAUTI

1st Session is in Glasgow on Thursday, 16th March 2017; Venue: Millennium Hotel, George Square, Glasgow.  See attached flyer for more information.

2nd Session is in Inverness on Friday, 31st March 2017; Venue: Centre for Health Sciences, Old Perth Road, Inverness.  See attached flyer for more information.

Both afternoon sessions start at 12 Noon with registration and lunch from 12 noon until 12:30pm

Target audience: all care staff within the care home and care at home sector: Care Inspectorate staff can also attend one of these sessions if agreed with their line manager.
