The Joint Inspection of Children’s Services handbook has been updated with minor changes. These take account of the parts of Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 that have been implemented.

They also include updates to the file reading template and guidance and appendix 6 which outlines the data that inspection teams may consider in relation to quality indicator 1.1 - Improvements in the wellbeing of children and young people.
